No, Mida does not have a built-in funnel setup tool.
However, there are a couple of ways that Mida can assist in setting up a funnel (depending on your website configuration):
1. Goals:
You may setup each step of the funnel as a secondary goal tracked as a pageview. Additionally, you may setup the final step using the submits a form goal as your main goal.
2. Events:
- You may also use a click event to track the number of clicks on the main CTA for each step, although this may be less accurate due to returns on form validation(s).
- Alternatively, you can also integrate GTM with Mida, sending pageview events for each step from GTM to Mida to compare pageviews between each step.
- Information on that process can be found here: https://mida.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/154000067964-send-gtm-google-tag-manager-events-to-mida
However, there is a limitation to setting up these funnels in Mida. The number of users is always recorded from the total number of users in that variant.
As an example, if there are 300 users in variant 1, the second step will show 200/300 users, followed by the third step which may be 100/300 users.
This may require more manual calculations to discern the drop-off rate between each step (although this is technically possible).
3. Using a third party tool (e.g., GA4)
An alternative way to setup your funnel would be to use a third-party tool such as GA4. You can create a custom funnel report in GA4 by following this article: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/13012015?hl=en
